Landlords and management companies
We bill the owner or the management company directly rather than the tenant. All anyone at the property has to do is let us get to the tank.

We pump and clean commercial septic systems as well as residential ones, across Ohio and West Virginia. Landlords and management companies are invoiced directly.
If you own several properties around the valley, they can usually be done on the same visit.

Commercial septic work is mostly the same job as residential septic work with more paperwork attached, and the paperwork is the part people find annoying. So we keep it simple: we deal with the owner or the agent, we invoice whoever is actually paying, and the tenant is not put in the middle of it.
The pumping itself is unchanged. We find the access, open it, and take out the settled sludge as well as the liquid above it — a tank skimmed off the top looks emptied and needs doing again inside a year. While it is open we look over the tank and its baffles and tell you what we found, which on a rental is usually the first time anyone has.
A commercial system often needs emptying more often than a house, simply because more goes through it. If you have no record of when the tank was last done, that on its own is a good reason to get it on a schedule.
Who we work for
We bill the owner or the management company directly rather than the tenant. All anyone at the property has to do is let us get to the tank.
Owners with a few properties close together usually have them all pumped on the same visit. It is less driving for us and one job for you.
A commercial system takes more through it than a house does, so it generally needs emptying more often. We pump and clean commercial tanks the same way we do residential ones.
Septic pumping and cleaning on site, plus dump truck hauling for soil, gravel, construction debris and septic-related material.
Our services are septic pumping and cleaning, emergency septic work , inspections , repairs , tank locating and lid excavation , and dump truck hauling . If what you need sits outside that, tell us what it is and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Tell us how many tanks, roughly where they are, and who the invoice goes to. We will work out the rest.
