Do you offer emergency septic services?
Yes. Our regular hours are Mon–Fri 7 a.m.–9 p.m. Emergency septic pumping and response outside those hours, including nights and weekends, is based on availability and on the weather, and can be limited in severe winter conditions.
Will you locate and dig up my septic tank lid?
Yes. If the access lid is buried or difficult to find, we provide septic tank locating and lid excavation as part of the service when needed.
How long does septic pumping take?
Most standard septic pumping jobs take 30–60 minutes, depending on tank size, access, and system condition. More complex jobs may take longer.
Do you provide septic services for businesses or job sites?
Yes. Wetherell services both residential and commercial septic systems, including rental properties, businesses and construction job sites. Landlords and management companies can be invoiced directly.
Do you inspect septic tanks or carry out repairs?
Yes. With the tank emptied and the access open we look over the tank and its baffles, which is the only time anyone can see the inside of the system, and we tell you what we found on the day. Call or text and tell us what you are dealing with and we will tell you straight whether it is something we handle.

Do you service Pennsylvania?
No. Wetherell is licensed to provide septic services in Ohio and West Virginia only.
